United in Uptime.

At our last Town Hall, we announced an exciting step forward – our company rebrand and new name!! I want to share what this new name means to me personally and how it reflects who we are and what we stand for as a team.

It all starts with the word United. We are uniting as one company. We are uniting as team members under one name. We are uniting with our customers through the services we provide. United is a powerful word because it’s about people first. It reflects how we come together as one team with one purpose, supporting each other and our customers every day.

The next word, Uptime, may be new to some of you, but it’s becoming a core part of how our customers describe their expectations of us. They rely on us because we deliver consistent, reliable results, helping them stay compliant, operate efficiently, and meet their own customers’ needs with confidence. Uptime represents the value we deliver every single day.

And finally, Services captures the full scope of what we offer our customers: installation, automotive, EV, lift and lube, car wash, and so much more. It’s a reflection of how we support every aspect of their operations through the expertise and dedication of our teams.

When we bring these three words together - United, Uptime, and Services - we capture who we are and what we do best. Our new  initials –  UUS – can also be said U and Us. It’s about our customers and us together! We can all get United behind that.

As we move forward, I encourage each of you to think about what United Uptime Services means to you. You are the face of this company, our brand ambassadors, and the pride you show in representing our name is what will continue to set us apart. Together, we’ll keep building a stronger, more united company for the future.
