Driving Forward: Our 2026 Priorities

Driving Forward: Our 2026 Priorities

Let's talk about where we are headed this year.

2026 is a big year for us. The goals are ambitious, but here is the thing: they are completely achievable if we stay aligned, stay accountable, and keep pushing for excellence in everything we do. Here is what we are focused on.

1. Safety: Always Our First Priority

Nothing, and I mean nothing, matters more than getting everyone home safe. This year, we are committed to improving our accident rate by at least 20% compared to last year. But this is not just about hitting a number. It is a mindset. It is about making the right call even when nobody is watching. Speaking up when something does not look right. Looking out for the person next to you. When we put safety first, we protect the most important thing we have: our people. We work safely. No exceptions. No excuses.

2. Topline Growth: Win by Wowing Customers

Growth is what fuels our future, and the formula is simple. We wow our customers. Every day. Across every business line: installation, service, compliance, automotive, and EV. That means delivering quality work, responding quickly, solving problems before they become emergencies, and building trust in every single interaction. When we create exceptional experiences, growth follows naturally.

3. Margin Improvement: Work Smarter, Deliver More Value

Growing the top line is great, but profitable growth is what allows us to reinvest in our people and our future. This year, we are sharpening our execution across three key areas. Productivity: working smarter and cutting out inefficiencies. Value-Based Pricing: earning the right price by clearly showing the value we bring. Supply Chain Initiatives: managing costs through better sourcing and smarter fleet decisions. Every improvement here makes us stronger.

4. ERP Unification: One System, One Source of Truth

This one is a game changer. We have made the decision to bring everyone onto Vision, creating a single, unified platform across the organization. By Q3, the goal is to have all teams operating on the same system, using the same data. Better visibility. Streamlined processes. Faster, smarter decisions. Alignment starts with shared information, and this initiative is going to transform how we work.

5. Cash Collections: Keep the Engine Running

Cash flow keeps our business moving. In 2026, we are focused on collecting faster and more efficiently. That means clear invoicing, proactive follow-up, and strong customer communication at every step. When we tighten our processes and hold ourselves accountable, we improve our ability to invest, grow, and take care of our people.

Each of Us Plays a Role

These five priorities define our roadmap. And here is the part that matters most: each of us plays a role. This is not a top-down mandate. It is a shared mission. When we stay aligned and execute with excellence, we do not just hit targets. We set a new standard for what this company can accomplish.

Let us make 2026 the year we prove exactly what United Uptime Services is made of.
