HR Update: Dayforce Implementation

HR Update: Dayforce Implementation

We want to take a moment to acknowledge the challenges many of our team members have experienced following the implementation of Dayforce.

First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience that some of the recent payroll and HR system issues may have caused. We understand how important accurate and timely payroll and HR information is, and we recognize that the transition has not been as smooth as anyone would have anticipated.

Implementing a new system of this scale is complex, but we also know that does not lessen the impact when things don’t work as expected. Our HR / Payroll team has been working diligently to identify issues, correct discrepancies, and strengthen processes to ensure a more stable experience moving forward.

We are committed to learning from these challenges and continuing to improve the platform so it better supports our team members. Your patience, feedback, and professionalism throughout this transition have been greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the HR team: HR@uniteduptime.com

Thank you for your continued patience as we work to make Dayforce the reliable tool it was intended to be.
