United Uptime Services continues to grow stronger across our branches and compliance business thanks to outstanding teamwork and a shared commitment to improvement. Over the past several months, our Compliance Life Cycle Solutions program (Compliance deficiencies post test sent to UUS branches for repairs) has generated tremendous value for our customers and our team has made remarkable progress—reducing turnaround time from nearly 100 days to just about 35. That’s a 65% improvement in efficiency and a major win for both our customer and our internal teams.
Casey’s had nothing but positive feedback about the results and the continued focus on collaboration and improvements on the lifecycle program, as well as our on-time performance and ability to respond quickly to urgent and unplanned service needs.
This kind of success doesn’t happen by accident. It’s a result of strong leadership, consistent communication, and the dedication to keep pushing for better. As one of our leaders said, “You’ve raised the bar for what our customers expect from us” referring the great work done by Corey Kiefer (UUS Project Manager) and CJ Schultz (Compliance Sales Director).
Thank you to everyone involved for driving these results and representing our company so well. Your commitment to excellence continues to strengthen our relationships and set new standards for performance across the board.
