Employee Spotlight: Jeremy Carbajal

Every year, Invenco by GVR (Gilbarco) brings all its North American trainers to Greensboro, NC for a week of idea exchange, product updates, course revisions, and hands-on sessions designed to help them become the best facilitators they can be. The week wraps up with the Gibby Awards, Invenco by GVR’s way of recognizing trainer achievements from the previous year. While some awards bring humor, like “Best Course Survey Comments,” others highlight true excellence, skill, and talent.

For the second year in a row, a United Uptime Services trainer brought home an award. Please join me in congratulating Jeremy Carbajal, who earned the Best Overall Exam Scores out of roughly 30 trainers.

Jeremy joined us through Kubat and has been an integral part of our training department from day one. He immediately stepped up to train Kubat technicians and quickly became a go-to instructor for technicians across our entire family of companies, many of whom specifically request his classes. Anyone who has attended one of Jeremy’s sessions has seen his passion for our industry, our organization, and the growth of our technicians on full display.

It is one thing to be recognized within our company; it is another to be recognized beyond it. Jeremy has earned both.
