United Uptime Services Acquires Kachina Petroleum Equipment Company.

United Uptime Services (“United Uptime”), a national leader in fueling and energy infrastructure services and a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Kachina Petroleum Equipment Company (“Kachina”), a premier provider of fuel equipment, construction, and maintenance services based in New Mexico.

Founded in 1972, Kachina brings more than 50 years of industry experience serving customers across New Mexico and Southwest Texas. The company is widely recognized as a one-stop shop for gas station construction, environmental testing, and day-to-day maintenance, including service and repairs for fuel pumps, storage tanks, and point-of-sale systems.

This acquisition further strengthens United Uptime’s presence in the Southwest and aligns with its mission to deliver reliable, end-to-end uptime solutions for fueling and energy infrastructure across the U.S.

Kachina Petroleum Equipment Company will begin operating under the United Uptime Services name as part of the integration process.
