As of October 1, our entire organization is officially operating on one unified HRIS platform, Dayforce. This milestone has been a long time in the making, and I want to take a moment to recognize the hard work that went into making it happen.
Since well before the transition date, our HR and Payroll teams have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that Dayforce is customized to meet the unique needs of our business. Because we manage all HR and payroll functions in-house rather than through an outside provider, our team has been hands-on in setting up and fine-tuning every detail. From reporting structures and access levels to workflow permissions, the goal has always been to make the system as efficient and user-friendly as possible for everyone.
We know there have been growing pains as we’ve worked through updates and corrections, and we sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding throughout this transition. The good news is that we’re starting to see smoother sailing ahead. Each week brings fewer issues, greater familiarity, and more confidence across the company in using Dayforce.
Looking ahead, we’re excited about how Dayforce will continue to connect with other key systems. Once all entities are fully transitioned to SAP, our goal is to integrate Dayforce with our ERP so timekeeping and billing information flow seamlessly between platforms. This connection will help eliminate double entry, improve accuracy, and simplify the way we track billable and non-billable time across the organization.
And don’t forget, Annual Open Enrollment is also being housed in Dayforce this year. Be sure to complete your elections by November 28.
Thank you to everyone for your support and flexibility during this transition. Together, we’re building a stronger, more United HR experience for the entire company.
